  • በኢትዮጵያ ከመርከብ አልባ ባለብዙ-አይነት የትራንስፖርት ኦፕሬተርነት (MVOCCC) ጋር በተያያዘ የኢትዮጵያ ማሪታይም ባለስልጣን እና የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ እና ቀጣናዊ ትስስር ሚኒስቴር የሚያወጧቸዉን ሁሉንም ህጋዊ መስፈርቶች እና ደንቦች አንዲሁም ፈቃዶችን በጥብቅ እንከተላለን።
  • በአደገኛ ቁሶች ላይ ያሉ እንደ የማቴሪያል ማስታወቂያ (MDs) እና የአቅራቢው የተስማሚነት ማረጋገጫ (SDoCs) ያሉ የጭነት ሰነዶች ትክክለኛ እና የተሟሉ መሆናቸውን እናረጋግጣለን።
  • የደንበኞቻችን ምርቶች እና ሎጂስቲክስ እንደ SOLAS እና MARPOL ከመሳሰሉ ዓለም አቀፍ ደንቦች ጋር የተጣጣሙ መሆናቸውን እናረጋግጣለን።
  • ከመርከብ ተገዢነት እና አስፈላጊ ተያያዥ መረጃዎች ሃላፊነት ካለባቸው መርከብ ኦፕሬተሮች ጋር በመስራት ጭነታቸው በትክክል መያዙን እናረጋግጣለን።

Integrated Single Window(ISW)

Ethio Rail Logistic PLC (ERL) Integrated Single Window/Single Point of Contact

enters their cargo details. The ISW platform would:

  1. Automate Booking: Allow shippers to book container space, warehousing, and land transport directly through the platform.
  2. Provide Real-Time Tracking: Offer end-to-end tracking of the cargo from pickup to final delivery.
  3. Generate Documents: Automatically generate and manage all necessary shipping documents, including the Non-Vessel OperatingCoomon Carrier Multimodal Transport operation (NVOCMTO) bill of lading and NVOCC’s House Bill of Lading.
  4. Streamline Payments: Consolidate all fees for ocean freight, warehousing, and land transport, allowing for a single payment.
  5. Offer a Single Point of Contact: Provide a dedicated representative to manage the entire process, simplifying communication for the shipper.

ለገንዘብ ነክ ጉዳዮች ኃላፊነት ለመዉሰድ ያለን ቁርጠኝነት የተደገፈው ሁሉን አቀፍ በሆነ የመድን ዋስትና እና በኢትዮጵያ ጉምሩክ ባለስልጣን ባስያዝነው የውል ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና (surety bond) ነው። ይህ ሽፋን ለጭነት መጎዳት ወይም መጥፋት ሊከሰቱ የሚችሉ ነገሮችን ይሸፍናል።

ከጉምሩክ ጋር በተያያዘ የገንዘብ ቅጣት ቢያጋጥመን፣ ክፍያውን ለደንበኛው ከማስተላለፍ ይልቅ፣ የፋይናንስ አስተማማኝነታችንን ለማሳየት በውል ማስከበሪያ ዋስትናችን (surety bond) እንሸፍናለን።

  • የባህር ጭነት መድን (Marine Cargo Insurance): በጉዞ ላይ እያሉ የሚደርሱ የተለያዩ አደጋዎችን የሚሸፍን ሁሉን አቀፍ የባህር ላይ የጭነት መድን ነው። ለምሳሌ የጭነት መሰበር፣ መሰረቅ ወይም በውሃ መበላሸት የመሳሰሉትን ይሸፍናል።
  • አጠቃላይ የኃላፊነት መድን (General Liability Insurance): ለአጠቃላይ የንግድ ሥራዎች የሚሆን ሰፊ የኃላፊነት ሽፋን ይሰጣል።
  • የሰራተኞች ካሳ (Workers’ Compensation): በሥራ ላይ ጉዳት ለሚደርስባቸው ሰራተኞች የሚሰጥ ሽፋን ነው።

Bulk Purchasing Power: We will buy container space in large volumes, which allows us to negotiate discounted rates with shipping lines. We pass these savings on to our dear customers. This is particularly beneficial for smaller businesses that don’t have enough cargo to secure favorable rates on their own.

Less-than-Container Load (LCL) Consolidation: This is one of the key services offered by our company. If you don’t have enough cargo to fill a whole container, we will consolidate your shipment with those of other businesses. You only pay for the space you use, which is much more cost-effective than paying for a full container that isn’t fully utilized.

Simplified Processes: By acting as a single point of contact, we simplify the logistics process. we handle documentation, customs clearance, and communication with various carriers, which can save you time and reduce the risk of costly errors and delays.
